Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide service excellence and a positive experience to members and guests.
2. Ensure timely and effective two-way communication between members, guests, staff, kitchen brigade, and supervisors.
3. Address members' concerns and complaints promptly and communicate appropriately to the food and beverage team members as part of the feedback process.
4. Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing training to current staff.
5. Plan and execute details and requirements for Banquet Event Orders, including special setups.
6. Oversee daily operations and service at 29 Degrees.
7. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the food & beverage service industry with a proven track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player capable of leading, organizing, and delivering training, while maintaining service standards.
• High standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Exceptional service skills, food and beverage knowledge, and inventory control experience.

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
