Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Associate in Sarnia, ON to help maintain a safe store environment for customers and employees. You will patrol the store, investigate shrink, support emergencies, and assist with external apprehensions as needed.

The role requires flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays and a Security Guard License. Minimum pay starts at $19.35 per hour, with duties spanning loss prevention, reporting, and ongoing protection of people and merchandise at 1444 Quinn

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Security Guard License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store patrols to maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Investigate incidents of shrink and communicate findings to Store Leadership.
• Support store evacuation and emergency procedures during incidents.
• Carry out external apprehensions when required in line with company policies.
• Gather and communicate information clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
