Responsibilities

• Conducts daily patrols to maintain a safe and secure store environment for customers and employees.
• Investigates shrink incidents and communicates findings to Store Leadership in a timely, compliant manner.
• Supports evacuations and emergency procedures during incidents to protect people and property.
• Carries out external apprehensions when required, in line with policies and applicable laws.
• Gathers and reports information from multiple sources, explaining issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Completes additional duties to support evolving Asset Protection priorities.
