Qualifications

• Valid Provincial Security Guard License and knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property Act.
• Experience with CCTV, surveillance tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Protect & Deter – prevent theft, fraud, and policy violations with a professional in-store presence.
• Apprehend with Confidence – safely detain offenders following procedures.
• Investigate & Collaborate – conduct investigations and work with law enforcement when required.
• Reduce Shrink – identify loss trends with store leadership and implement prevention strategies.
• Support Operations – ensure compliance with security policies and provincial regulations.
• Stay Agile – adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
