Qualifications
1+ years experience as a retail-related Loss Prevention Investigator or equivalent preferred.
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset.
Must maintain a valid security guard or private investigator license where applicable.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively on investigations and security concerns.
Validate compliance with safety programs and company policies.
Detain and interview shoplifters according to the law.
Write reports documenting incidents and apprehensions.
Utilize CCTV and EAS systems effectively.
