Responsibilities

• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
• Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, and alcohol and receiving of warehouse trailers.
• Keeps receiving, claims, and offices neat, clean, and organized.
• Follows cold chain guidelines and documents information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Spark App.
• Assists in shrink prevention by scanning damaged and stolen merchandise promptly.
• Maintains returns, vendor return requests, recalls, paperwork, packing and shipping per company guidelines; handles SORT and Global Donation Merchandise.
• Monitors returns and shrink, records shrink wins, and minimizes charge-backs.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of company policies on damaged/recall merchandise and implements new store programs.
• Ensures Invoicing key controls checklist is followed for timely payments for merchandise and services.
• Reviews exception reports MU/MD, scans exceptions, price overrides, and 2 cent reports.
