Aufgaben

• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
• Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, and alcohol and receiving of warehouse trailers.
• Keeps receiving, claims, and offices neat, clean and organized.
• Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance including documenting information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Spark App.
• Assists in shrink prevention by scanning damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.
• Maintains up-to-date returns, vendor return requests (RA), recalls, paperwork, packing and shipping per Company guidelines and handles SORT, and Global Donation Merchandise.
• Monitors returns and shrink by recording and monitoring shrink wins and ensuring proper process to minimize chargebacks.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on Company policies, guidelines and processes for handling damaged and recalled merchandise and implements new Store Programs and systems.
• Ensures Invoicing key controls checklist is followed for timely payments for merchandise and services.
