24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Sample & Asset Management Coordinator to support product sample management, photography production, and digital content delivery. You will coordinate inventory, track project timelines, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and online product launches.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the intake, organization, and tracking of high-volume seasonal product samples.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including product details, sample status, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, returns, and distribution for photoshoots and marketing initiatives.
• Manage sample room organization, inventory reconciliation, and seasonal transitions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Digital teams to coordinate sample and photography requirements.
• Track photography schedules, product content deliverables, and asset readiness to meet launch deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, shot lists, and product documentation.
• Identify delays, follow up on outstanding items, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support post-production activities, including product identification, asset organization, and retouching coordination.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline inventory tracking and production workflows.

• Familiarity with Centric PLM or similar inventory/product management systems is an asset.
