Job summary

The City of Mississauga is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to develop and maintain complex asset registries for all asset types, and to record, analyze, and prepare life cycle reporting data for budget and fire safety—an important role in supporting informed decision-making. Qualifications

• Post-secondary graduation in Supply Chain Management and Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in asset or inventory administration management.
• Certificate in Asset Management required.
• Experience with enterprise-level inventory or asset management programs (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; LEAN principles and Green Belt preferred.

• Daily entering of inventory receipts and creation of new inventory items.
• Assist with general warehouse activities and attend to in-person clients.
