Job summary

Ausenco in Canada is seeking an Asset Management Consultant to support delivery of asset management and reliability improvement projects alongside experienced professionals. You will assist in developing strategies, processes, KPIs and systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3–5 years in asset-intensive industries, and experience with maintenance planning, RCFA, FMEA, or RCM. You will travel to client sites as needed and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience with Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Operations, or Continuous Improvement environments.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, operations, or maintenance processes.
  • Knowledge of EAM, CMMS, or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to defect elimination methodologies such as RCFA, FMEA/FMECA, or RCM.
  • Basic understanding of Asset Management standards such as ISO 55000 or PAS 55.
  • Interest in developing asset maintenance strategies and reliability improvement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, receive coaching, and develop consulting and technical expertise.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers on client engagements and project activities.
  • Provide consulting services to designated clients in line with skills and competencies.
  • Deliver consulting services at client sites as required. Flexibility to travel to client locations is required

About you:

  • Experience or exposure to Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Operations, or Continuous Improvement environments.
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning, scheduling, operations, or maintenance processes is an asset.
  • Knowledge of EAM, CMMS, or ERP systems is considered an asset.

Salary range:$85,000 to $95,000
