Zusammenfassung

Shell Canada is seeking an Asset Integrity Manager to oversee the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System (PEIMS) for static and civil assets at Scotford Upgrader, Refinery and Chemicals units. You will provide technical leadership across discipline groups, manage the OPEX budget, and guide capital decisions with regulatory alignment.

The role focuses on ensuring equipment integrity, safety and reliability while supporting mid- to long-term investment strategies and SEAM funding

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Upgrading, Refining or Chemical facilities.
• Expertise in pressure equipment integrity management, inspection, corrosion, metallurgy, vessel design and materials.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with APEGA (P. Eng or P.L. Eng).
• Extensive manufacturing experience with pressure equipment engineering/inspection.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage multiple disciplines and priorities.
• Solid understanding of MAC EI Work Process, pressure equipment design, codes and standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to ensure site compliance.
• Eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and ensure effectiveness of the PEIMS for static and civil assets.
• Lead a team of 9–14 engineers/contractors; manage cross-discipline interfaces.
• Provide strategic mechanical and civil engineering support across Scotford assets.
• Own PEIMS governance and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
• Manage OPEX budget and influence capex decisions through technical guidance.
• Drive competence development, training plans, and performance coaching.
• Support SEAM process for funding and demand planning.
