The City of Winnipeg is seeking an Assessor Analyst to determine assessed values for real and business properties and to improve assessment processes. You will work with valuation staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
You will develop market value models, analyze business processes, and support software applications while mentoring junior staff. The role supports a hybrid work location and requires strong data skills and industry certifications.

Analyze property and market data, determine assessed values of all real and business properties in the city for taxation purposes, and analyze and modify business processes and computer software as required for the production of assessment and tax rolls, in accordance with current legislation.
