Overview

This position involves supporting the coordination and implementation of PRA-BC’s 12-week practice-ready assessments across BC. The role includes managing online registration, monitoring assessment activities, data collection, and providing technical support to stakeholders.

Pay Range

This range is provided by HEABC and is based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Base pay range: CA$57,347 - CA$75,268 per year

Department and Program Details

Our Human Resources Strategies and Services department manages programs like PRA-BC, which assesses internationally trained physicians. We seek passionate individuals interested in public service and community health.

Position Details

This is a maternity leave coverage starting June 30, 2025, with potential hybrid work options after a 90-day in-office training period. Candidates should reside near Vancouver.

Responsibilities
  1. Support online registration for candidates and assessors.
  2. Assist in monitoring assessment activities and data collection.
  3. Provide front-line technical support to medical and administrative staff, candidates, and assessors.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth assessment operations.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 plus a diploma/certificate in Business Admin, HR, Social Services, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with diverse professionals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
