Prosper Immigration is a trusted name in immigration services, dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses with their immigration needs. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Client Intake Specialist to join our team in Surrey, BC .

Job Summary :

The Immigration Client Intake Specialist will be responsible for conducting client interviews, gathering essential information, and assisting with the preparation of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience in immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct client intake interviews to collect necessary information for immigration applications.
  • Assist in preparing and drafting legal documents related to immigration cases.
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry and document management.
  • Research immigration laws, policies, and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Utilize Zoho or similar software for document organization and workflow management.

Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project management within an immigration law firm or a related field.
  • Proficiency in legal document drafting and administrative support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to conduct client interviews professionally and gather information efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience using Zoho or other document management systems.
  • Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 per year
  • Hours : 40 per week (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends)

Education & Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Experience : Immigration consulting : 1 year (preferred)
