    • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional specifications.
  3. Selco Saw Operation

    • Program and adjust cutting lists, set the correct blade size, and calibrate saws to ensure accuracy.
    • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure that all saw blades are sharpened and maintained.
    • Ensure the proper use of materials, minimize waste, and verify part measurements before cutting.
    • Inspect parts after cutting for quality and report any issues to the supervisor.
  4. General Responsibilities

    • Perform routine machine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and checking machine components.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Perform quality control checks on finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and aesthetic standards.
    • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures when operating machines.
    • Communicate any machine issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to the supervisor or maintenance team.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
