Job summary

Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Lethbridge. You will follow detailed instructions while maintaining quality and efficiency.

This full-time, temporary role offers hourly pay between $20 and $24, with Monday to Friday shifts and rotational scheduling. You will assemble, inspect, and package products, and maintain clean, safe workstations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physically able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lb.
  • Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be available for rotational shift work.
  • Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Work on an assembly line performing repetitive production tasks.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support machine operators and production staff as needed.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
  • Adapt to different tasks as production needs change.
