Placements24 is seeking an experienced Assembly Line Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in Windsor, Ontario. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and drive improvements to meet production targets while maintaining high quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing and safety compliance. This is a hands-on supervisory position with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assembly Line Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and lean principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in production reporting and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
