Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Cambridge, Ontario, is hiring an assembler to join a team responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic products to meet quality standards. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and operates on an afternoon shift from 4 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Wednesday, and 4 pm to 12 am on Thursdays.

You will contribute to timely and accurate assembly, ensuring compliance with blueprints and quality control processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be eligible for CGP and CSP clearances.
  • 2-5 years’ experience with electronic assembly.

  • Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

As an Assembler here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work as part of a team to efficiently produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. You will report directly to our Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our manufacturing facility on the afternoon shift, Monday to Wednesday from 4 pm to 2:30 am and Thursdays from 4 pm to 12 am.

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance and CSP Clearance.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be eligible for CGP and CSP clearances
  • 2-5 year’s experience with electronic assembly

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 in Cambridge, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
