Qualifications

  • Diploma from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
  • Experience leading a team of technicians.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EFAB (Electronic Fabrication) business unit in Mississauga. You will lead a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems. Your leadership and technical skills will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our EFAB business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high quality results.

Key Responsibilities

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

The annual base salary for this position starts at $63,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
