Job summary

Tri‑Mach Group Inc. is seeking an Assembler to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on fitting, aligning, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical assemblies to meet exacting standards.

You will prepare materials and drawings for assembly and support testing within a collaborative manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education or related experience, with prior assembly work and familiarity with reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, fits, and aligns mechanical assemblies.

• Trouble-shoot and repair mechanical assemblies.
• Quality inspections.
• Organize outgoing projects and ensure completeness.

• Assist in Wash Bay to prep material for assembly.
• Active member of continuous improvement teams.
• Assist in manufacturing shop to meet project deadlines.
• Assist with loading and offloading of freight.
• Assist with manual material handling, packaging, and crating.

We are seeking an Assembler to join our dynamic team. The Assembler plays a key role in ensuring the precision and quality of our mechanical assemblies. This position is responsible for fitting, aligning, troubleshooting, and repairing components to meet exacting standards. You will ensure that all materials and drawings are prepared for assembly and that systems are ready for testing, supporting efficient and high‑quality manufacturing operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembles, fits, and aligns mechanical assemblies

• Review kit and drawings for completeness

• Following diagrams to assemble parts and highlight any issues to supervisor
