Tri-Mach Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team in Ontario. The role involves reading schematics and blueprints and fabricating metal parts, predominantly stainless steel, to customer specifications.

You will work closely with designers, engineers and product development to ensure safety, quality and timely project completion. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of fabrication experience, stainless TIG welding skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of High School or equivalent.
• Metal Fabricator/Fitter 437A or equivalent.
• Previous 1-4 years of fabrication experience.
• Stainless Steel TIG welding experience as a must.
• CWB tickets considered a strong asset.
• Get it done attitude and ability to anticipate issues.

Aufgaben

• Layout and fabrication of metal parts per customer requests.
• Read blueprints/drawings and follow schematics.
• Weld, polish, and finish welds to meet quality standards.
• Operate shop equipment (brake, shear, saw, iron worker).
• Perform quality control checks and document daily work.

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The Fabricator is responsible for reading and understanding schematics and blueprints and fabricating metal parts and structures per the customer request, working with mostly stainless steel. As a Fabricator you are a key point in assisting the team, learning, and developing skills to proceed towards becoming fully licensed. We are looking to add someone to our team who is eager to learn, detail-orientated and a team player. The Fabricator promotes a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Layout (fitting)
• Use of brake, shear and saw
• Use of iron worker
• Welding
• Polishing/finishing welds
• Assist with various shop projects, including shop maintenance
• Fabrication of various jobs/projects
• Able to read blueprints/drawing/sketches
• Read and understand schematics and blueprints
• Conduct quality control checks
• Work closely with designers & engineers & product development
• Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperwork

Hourly Rate For The Role: $22.00 - $27.00
