Job summary

Thermon is seeking an assembler to join its manufacturing team in Canada. You will assemble heaters and perform subassembly work per approved work orders, ensuring quality and safety on the production line.

In this role, you will work in a team environment, manage all products with proper care, and take on additional tasks as directed by supervision to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to use hand tools.
  • Good hand and eye coordination.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of standard manufacturing processes.

Overview

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling Ruffneck™ & Norseman™ heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to electrical trollies Assembly and Enclosure Assembly.
