Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in French and/or English; bilingualism not required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Genuine interest in finance, investing, and financial markets.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and develop new business.
• Ability to work full-time from the Dorval office.

Responsibilities

• Business development: identify and connect with prospective clients, including professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
• Prospecting: make outbound calls, initiate conversations, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Relationship building: learn to identify clients' financial needs and develop lasting professional relationships.
• Financial knowledge: build understanding of investments, portfolio management, and financial planning.
• Client development: gradually take responsibility for client relationships as experience grows.
