You will gain hands-on experience with seasoned advisors, participate in financial planning strategies, and pursue industry licenses (CSC, CIRO). A Bachelor's degree is required, and prior wealth management experience is not necessary for junior candidates.

• Finance, Business, Economics or related studies are assets.
• Willingness to obtain CSC and CIRO licenses.
• No prior wealth management experience required for junior candidates.
