Job summary

Solutions Insurance Group is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers to join our growing team in North York. This is a commission-only opportunity with potential ownership for top performers.

You will build a serious book, leverage markets, and receive training and support while growing your client base and referrals across personal, commercial, surety and financial services.

Qualifications

• Licence to practice insurance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong client-facing and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to network and generate referrals across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and grow a book of business you are proud of.
• Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage and place personal or commercial insurance.
• Create referral relationships and spot opportunities across multiple product lines.
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining documentation and compliance standards.
• Bring ideas, energy and a team-first attitude to a growing brokerage.
