Job summary

Solutions Insurance Group in Mississauga is offering a Junior Insurance Broker / Broker Support role. You will work with licensed brokers, gain practical experience and follow a structured path toward licensing.

You do not need prior insurance experience or licences to apply. The mentorship program provides training across Personal, Commercial, Surety and Financial Services, with a clear progression from broker support to licensed broker as you learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Curiosity to learn and grow in insurance
• Coachable and able to follow guidance and mentorship
• Organized with attention to detail and documentation
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to work as part of a team to support brokers

Responsibilities

• Support licensed brokers with client files, documentation, follow ups and service
• Learn our systems, workflows, insurance products, carrier requirements and compliance standards
• Gather and organize client information and prepare files for review by licensed staff
• Participate in structured training, coaching, licensing preparation and progress reviews
• Build communication and technical skills to advise clients professionally
• Take on greater client and business development responsibilities after licensed
