Solutions Insurance Group is seeking ambitious Insurance Brokers to build a strong client book in Mississauga, Canada. You will assess client needs, place personal or commercial insurance, and create referral networks across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Valid RIBO licence or ability to obtain licensing before activities
• Strong communication, relationship-building and client-service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to develop new business
• Comfortable networking and creating opportunities within the community
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage priorities in a commission-only environment
• Professional, ethical and committed to documentation and compliance standards
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with underwriting, service, operations and leadership teams
• Comfortable using technology and brokerage systems
