Qualifications

Responsibilities
Conduct multiple roller passes over asphalt for compaction.
Complete and document daily pre-trip equipment inspections.
Collaborate with paving crews for alignment and compaction.
Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment.
Adjust roller settings for desired compaction levels.
Monitor asphalt temperature and moisture for compaction efficiency.
Work with other operators and laborers to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Follow company policies for quality standards.
