Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in production or food manufacturing; 1–2 years in supervision preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management.
• SAP experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers to meet production targets and schedules.
• Coordinate production workflows and ensure equipment and material availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies on all production processes.
• Conduct training and development for new hires and current staff.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement initiatives.
