TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Richmond Hill, ON is seeking a Distribution Equipment Operator to join our night shift production team. This full-time role supports safe, efficient downstream operations at our Richmond Hill facility.

Responsibilities include GMP compliance, record-keeping, coordinating with palletizing and filler operations, and maintaining equipment during shifts. Strong English communication and post-secondary experience are required; a path to career growth is available.

Qualifications

• Post secondary or equivalent experience required.
• 2 - 3 years manufacturing related experience.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Fluency in English both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Complies with good manufacturing practices.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Supports quality system.
• Maintains communication within production team member ensuring smooth shift transitions.
• Support technical in maintenance activities.
• Perform weekly maintenance activities.
• Monitors raw materials, supplies to ensure efficient production.
• Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging.
• Coordinate communication between palletizing and Filler operations.
• Safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment.
• Knowledge and execution of any downstream job tasks as the business requires.
