Responsibilities

• Ensure proper food preparation by following recipes, standards and use of equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils in the work area.
• Handle food items safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Clean equipment and workstation before leaving the area.
