Responsibilities

• Bakes and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment
• Measures, weighs, mixes, chops ingredients
• Operates ovens, stoves, mixers and other equipment
• Handles utensils safely, including knives
• Stores food per food safety policies
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment
• Maintains courteous service and positive demeanor with guests
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures
• Ensures security of company assets
