Clean Harbors in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking an Articulated Vacuum Truck Operator to join a safety-conscious team at Suncor Fort Hills. A FULL Class 5 license is required.

Responsibilities include operating units, completing inspections, and ensuring safety while performing pre/post-trip checks. Open mine driving experience and HEO ticket are required, with day/night shifts and 14/14 rotations possible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Articulated Rock Truck experience required.
• Minimum 1 year oilfield or labor-intensive experience.
• Open mine driving experience and certification required.
• HEO Ticket required.
• Must be able to work 14/14 rotation, 12 hour days.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, in a safety‑minded team environment.
• Capable of working outside in varying weather conditions.

• Safely drive, operate, and stage articulated units.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment.

Clean Harbors Fort McMurray, AB is looking for Articulated Vacuum Truck Operators to join their safety conscious team at Suncor Fort Hills. This position requires a FULL Class 5 license.

This is a local 362 Teamsters Union position.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Responsible for safely and efficiently operating units - drives, operates and stages units.
• Ensures cleanliness of equipment;
• Performs pre and post trip inspections.
• Completes all required paperwork;
• Attends daily safety meetings;
• Working as a part of a team with Customer, Coworkers & Supervisors.
