You Are:
We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking, and highly skilled Art Director to join our Accenture Song Creative team. We seek a proactive, self-motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across an ecosystem. As part of our interdisciplinary agency team, you will collaborate with strategists, writers, designers, data/analysts, technology, media, and studio production specialists to conceptualize and design solutions.

The Work:
  1. Work under the direction of the creative director, often partnering with a writer, to own visual concepts and solutions that address a variety of creative challenges while maintaining or developing optimal design workflows.
  2. Oversee and actively participate in creating visual designs and systems, including typography, logos, icons, and more, applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, and usability.
  3. Conceptualize and design solutions that are aligned with the brief, on-brand, and leverage brand style guides and strategic principles.
  4. Assign tasks and direct designers, production staff, and vendors to fulfill the creative vision.
  5. Prepare flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients.
  6. Present and defend design solutions to other creatives, account leaders, and clients.
  7. Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and development teams.
  8. Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  1. At least 1 year of design experience in B2B or B2C client work.
  2. A portfolio demonstrating smart, brand-building designs, compelling visual solutions, and interactive experiences.
  3. Understanding of current visual trends and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
  4. 2+ years of experience working in an agency environment.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
  7. Experience across all media platforms – digital, social, film, longform content, and print.
  8. Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience using GenAI as part of your workflow.
  10. Expertise in strategic brainstorming, brand design, and campaign development.
  11. Comfortable presenting and defending work to internal teams and clients.
  12. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
Bonus points if you Have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, advertising, digital media, or related fields.
  2. Experience working with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients.
  3. Experience in scaled AOR engagements at a design level.
  4. An award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (e.g., OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC).
  5. Skills in motion graphics or illustration.
  6. Participation in new business initiatives.
  7. Photo/video shoot direction experience.
