Job summary

Brink’s Inc in Canada is seeking guards, drivers and messengers to join our operations team. You will help deliver secure services to financial institutions and customers, with flexible part-time schedules.

You’ll receive rigorous training, work as part of a trusted team, and contribute to safety and reliability on every route. A valid driver’s licence and provincial guard licence are required, with firearm certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients following assigned routes.
• Operate an armored vehicle in a safe manner.
• Use safety orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues.
• Load, unload and perform ATM-related tasks for financial institution clients.
• Complete daily route records.

As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes
• Operate an armoured vehicle in a safe manner
• Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues
• Load, unload and perform repairs to ATM’s for our Financial Institution clients
• Complete daily route records

New to the industry? That's ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all of your duties, including extensive driver training.

Qualifications

• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment where timelines play an important role in success
• All of our Guards, Drivers and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties, a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required.
• A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record – see the licence requirement for your province below
• In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI – a provincial security guard licence
• Capable of pushing, pulling and lifting loads of up to 35lbs
• Available for various shifts at least two days per week – days, evenings, nights and weekends are available

New Brunswick: Class 5

Newfoundland and Labrador: Class 5
