Balance Innovations in Halifax is seeking dedicated Guards, Drivers, and Messengers to provide exceptional service across Canada. This role involves safe deliveries, operating armoured vehicles, and ensuring safety for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must carry a firearm and hold a PAL for firearms.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record required.
• Security guard licence required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries by following assigned routes.
• Operate an armoured vehicle safely.
• Use safety and security orientation to maintain a safe environment for yourself, clients, and colleagues.
• Load, unload, and perform repairs on ATMs for our financial institution clients.
• Complete daily route records.

New to the industry? We offer rigorous training, including driver training.

Qualifications

• Reliable, thorough, and committed to safety.
• Customer service mindset and ability to develop rapport.
• Highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Eager to work in a fast‑paced environment.

All Guards, Drivers, and Messengers must carry a firearm and hold a PAL for restricted and non‑restricted firearms. A valid driver’s licence, clean driving record, and a security guard licence (where applicable) are required. Must be able to push, pull, and lift loads up to 35 lb. Available for various shifts, at least two days per week, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
