Job summary

Brink’s Inc. is seeking team members for flexible part-time shifts as Guards, Drivers, and Messengers across Canada. You will perform secure deliveries, operate armored vehicles, and maintain safety while serving financial-institution clients.

Training is provided to ensure comfort with all duties and routes. Ideal candidates are reliable, customer-focused, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment where timelines matter.

Qualifications

• Must carry a firearm in the performance of duties and hold a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms.

Responsibilities

As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes
• Operate an armoured vehicle in a safe manner
• Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues
• Load, unload and perform repairs to ATM's for our Financial Institution clients
• Complete daily route records

New to the industry? That’s ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all of your duties, including extensive driver training.

• All of our Guards, Drivers and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties, a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required.
• A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record – see the licence requirement for your province below
• In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI – a provincial security guard licence
• Capable of pushing, pulling and lifting loads of up to 35lbs
• Available for various shifts at least two days per week – days, evenings, nights and weekends are available
