Balance Innovations in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking dedicated Guards, Drivers, and Messengers who are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for safe deliveries, operating an armoured vehicle, and maintaining a safe environment.

No industry experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and available for flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

We offer flexible part time schedules that fit your needs. As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes
• Operate an armoured vehicle in a safe manner
• Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues
• Load, unload and perform repairs to ATM’s for our Financial Institution clients
• Complete daily route records

New to the industry? That’s ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all of your duties, including extensive driver training.

All of our Guards, Drivers and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties, a PAL for restricted and non-restricted firearms is required. A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record – see the licence requirement for your province below. In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI – a provincial security guard licence. Capable of pushing, pulling and lifting loads of up to 35lbs. Available for various shifts at least two days per week – days, evenings, nights and weekends are available.
