Job summary

OEG Sports & Entertainment, based in Edmonton's ICE District, seeks a Manager of Security Infrastructure & Credentialing to operate and maintain access control, CCTV, and screening systems at Rogers Place and ICE District. You will manage credential issuance for staff, contractors, and media, ensuring compliance with NHL and PIPA standards.

You will coordinate with IT, facilities, and security vendors, perform preventive maintenance, conduct audits, and support upgrades.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in security management, criminology, information technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in security systems administration or related technical security role.
• Hands-on experience with electronic access control and CCTV platforms (Genetec an asset).
• Experience in sports or entertainment venues is an asset.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and identity verification in regulated environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in records, logs, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of security technology systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, screening).
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain system configuration records, inventories, and maintenance logs.
• Lead credentialing processes for employees, contractors, media, and event staff.
• Coordinate event-day credentialing operations and reader troubleshooting.
• Prepare operational reports on performance and credentialing metrics.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.
