Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of industrial operations experience.
• Experience leading a team and overseeing work.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with OH&S regulations and safety standards.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet daily production requirements and monthly shipping plans.
• Lead safety, quality, and lean initiatives across the team.
• Plan and direct production resources to drive productivity and yield improvements.
• Provide training and mentorship to operators.
• Investigate issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Engage staff in continuous improvement to reduce waste.
