Role requires collaboration with the Site Maintenance Manager, strong coaching abilities, budget awareness, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within the North

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in coaching and employee development
• Proven success in resource planning
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues
• Skilled in written and verbal communication, with ability to foster strong working relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals independently
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in an industrial environment

Aufgaben

• Ensure a safe work environment and equipment is maintained to safety standards
• Implement maintenance strategy, monitor KPIs, and complete corrective/preventive actions
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team
• Enhance process reliability by maintaining and improving maintenance plans
• Oversee maintenance budget including workforce, supply, and services
• Foster development, succession planning and collaborate with Site Maintenance Manager to strengthen leadership pipeline
