Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. is seeking Reliability Maintainers in Waterville, NS to support electrical and mechanical systems on our manufacturing floor.

The role involves interpreting blueprints, installing wiring and components, and assembling motors and gears to maintain sophisticated equipment. Ideal candidates have completed a technical program, are safety-focused, and can work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and installing mechanical components such as motors, gears, and bearings
• Ensuring all connections and fittings are secure and compliant with industry regulation
• Ensuring machine performance and sustaining equipment compliance within their area of responsibility
• Performing interventions effectively and efficiently, including accurate documentation and
