Qualificações

• Technical college diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a maintenance manager or supervisor.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with independent goal setting.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership in an industrial setting.

• Implement maintenance strategy, monitor KPIs, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team to improve durability and address obsolescence.
• Enhance reliability by implementing effective maintenance plans.
• Oversee and optimize the maintenance budget including workforce, supplies, and services.
• Support succession planning and collaborate with the Site Maintenance Manager.

Area Reliability Manager

The Opportunity

We have an opening for an Area Reliability Manager whose responsibilities include leading a team of skilled dayshift & rotating technicians to support the reactive & planned maintenance needs of a production area within the facility. This position includes the evaluation of team efficiency and leadership of progress initiatives.

What You Will Do

• ensure a safe work environment for all employees by ensuring equipment is in optimal operating condition and adheres to safety standards;
• implement the maintenance strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and complete corrective and preventive actions to achieve short and medium term objectives;
• lead and develop a team of multidisciplinary maintenance professionals to increase the durability of equipment and address obsolescence challenges;
• enhance process reliability by implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance plans;
• oversee and optimize the maintenance budget including workforce, supply, and services;and,
• foster team development and empowerment, actively support succession planning, and collaborate closely with the Site Maintenance Manager to strengthen the team’s leadership pipeline.

What You Will Bring

• technical college diploma, bachelor or graduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance manager or supervisor;
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment;
• experience in coaching and employee development;
• proven success in resource planning;
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues;
• skilled in both written and verbal communication, with a talent for fostering strong working relationships with internal plant customers;
• self-motivated, capable of setting and achieve goals independently; and,
• demonstrated teamwork and leadership in an industrial environment.
