Role Overview

As a highly motivated people leader, you will oversee a team of up to 10 Restaurant Managers. Your focus will be on developing talent pipelines, creating an outstanding employee experience, and delivering exceptional guest experiences to maximize revenue and financial performance.

This role requires a flexible weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends, with frequent visits to restaurants to support your Regional General Managers (RGMs) in growing their teams and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coach and develop talent pipelines, ensuring all restaurants are staffed with trained and engaged teams.
2. Provide daily leadership and support to RGMs and their teams.
3. Drive sales and profitability, identifying opportunities for Local Store Marketing (LSM) and financial improvements.
4. Support community engagement initiatives within operational areas.
5. Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all locations.

• Degree-qualified with proven multi-unit QSR leadership experience.
• Demonstrated personal growth and ability to develop team members.
• Energetic, with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and business acumen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
