United Services Group is seeking an Area Manager for the Atlantic region to lead janitorial services across multiple store locations in Halifax. You will manage budgeting, customer relationships and KPI performance to ensure profitability and high standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Janitorial industry or any other operational environment.
• 3–5 years’experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate janitorial services across store locations within the designated area.
• Develop annual plans and budgets for customer banners and implement store level budgets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners at store level; act as United brand ambassador.
• Oversee store operations, KPI performance, cost management and quality standards.
