To support our growth, we are looking for an Area Manager based in Ontario.

What will your responsibilities and duties be?

As the head of three agencies based in Sarnia, London, and Hamilton, you will manage a business unit specializing in sanitation, industrial cleaning, and industrial waste management works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing an effective field team
• Stimulating and organizing commercial development
• Maintaining customer loyalty and relationships
• Validating the relevance of the figures and prices proposed by project managers
• Managing contracts (monitoring, monthly management, customer reporting, etc.)
• Supervising the organization of operations, human resources, and equipment
• Managing operating accounts to ensure area profitability
• Ensuring relations with employee representatives
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

You are trained as a general engineer or are a self-made professional with concrete experience managing profit centers such as waste management, sanitation, maintenance, or industrial/public works.

Your skills include entrepreneurial spirit, ability to manage construction teams, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
