Job summary

Chit Chats is seeking a proven leader to guide branch teams and drive operational excellence across Canada. You will coach staff, ensure efficient shipment processing, and uphold high service standards while living the values of Caring, Curious, and Cheerful.

You will champion client experiences, build strong cross-branch collaboration, and monitor performance to identify improvements in a fast-paced environment. This permanent full-time role is based in Ontario with some travel.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a leadership/management role; shipping/logistics experience is an asset.
• Strong people leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach and develop teams, manage performance, and build positive relationships.
• Adaptive in a fast-paced environment; commitment to Caring, Curious, and Cheerful values.
• Class 1 safety shoes with a green triangle patch.

Job Description

• Two (2+)years in a leadership or management role (Prior shipping and logistics experience is an asset but not required).
• Strong people-leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to coach and develop teams, manage performance, and build positive working relationships.
• A practical, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
