Chit Chats in Ontario is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop staff, coach teams, and cultivate a high‑performing culture across the location.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure proper staffing, safety, and accurate shipment processing while maintaining exemplary service standards. The role requires 2+ years in a leadership position, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and may involve travel within Ontario.

What You Bring

• Two (2+) years in a leadership or management role (Prior shipping and logistics experience is an asset but not required).
• Strong people-leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to coach and develop teams, manage performance, and build positive working relationships.
• A practical, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to Chit Chats’ values: Caring, Curious, and Cheerful.
• Class 1 safety shoes with a green triangle patch.

Additional Information

Total Rewards and Compensation:

• Salary: Starting $55,000.00 CAD/annum.
• Employer paid Group Benefits (Health, Dental and Vision; 100% coverage).
• Annual Year-End Bonus.
• Birthday leave (Paid).
• Two weeks paid vacation (negotiable)
• A rich GRSP plan eligibility after 3 months of employment
• This is a Permanent Full-Time position.
• Some travel within Ontario region may be required.
