In this HR Manager role, you will:

1. Partner proactively to identify and resolve issues
2. Lead a team providing both strategic and tactical HR support across the full employee lifecycle
3. Collaborate closely with business leaders to integrate the people aspect into business strategies
4. Monitor employee engagement to maintain a high level of workforce morale
5. Provide coaching to associates at all levels in a collaborative and impactful manner
6. Manage the HR implications of organizational change initiatives aligned with business goals
7. Ensure your insights are valued in management discussions
8. Enjoy the work and make a positive impact

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a minimum of seven years HR experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
• At least 5 years of HR experience covering major functional areas
• Experience partnering with senior management preferred
• Proven track record in leading organizational change initiatives preferred
