DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Area HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership to leaders nationwide, directly supporting distribution centers and regional offices. The role is onsite and emphasizes engagement, change management, and people-focused business partnering.

The position requires significant HR experience, a relevant degree, and certifications; a master’s is preferred. Strong collaboration with senior leaders will guide the people strategy across the country.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field; 7+ years HR experience.
• Master’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience across major HR functions; senior management exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counseling to leaders on business and people-related issues.
• Lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support across distribution centers and regional offices.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed people strategies into business plans.

The Area HR Manager role has a national salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 with bonus potential.

• You’ll partner to proactively identify and solve issues
• You’ll lead a team who acts in both strategic and tactical capacities providing full life-cycle Human Resources support
• You’ll work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
• You’ll take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• You’ll provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner

Required Education and Experience

• BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of seven years HR experience, required
• Master’s degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR, required
• Previous experience partnering with senior management, preferred
• Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change, preferred
